Tchaikovsky's opera "The Maid of Orleans" will be the final premiere of the 92nd season of the Bolshoi Theatre of Belarus. The premiere promises to be a bright cultural event and held as part of the Tchaikovsky Year announced at the theatre. The first performances will take place on 17 and 18 June.
On 25 May, on the birthday of the Bolshoi Theatre, the Franco-Moroccan mezzo-soprano Ahlima Mhamdi will perform the role of the fatal beauty Carmen on our stage.
On 31 October and 2 November anniversary evenings in honour of the outstanding choreographer will take place.
